Wellbeing Support

Practical support to strengthen your wellbeing and help you move towards your work, study and personal goals.

Support for your wellbeing, work and life

Our Allied Health Wellbeing Support service connects you with qualified and registered Allied Health practitioners who provide practical support for wellbeing concerns or life circumstances that may be affecting your participation in work, study or training.

Our approach is person-centred and trauma informed. We recognise that people’s experiences are different and aim to provide respectful, collaborative support that reflects your needs, strengths and goals.

Depending on your needs and eligibility, support may include individual appointments, group workshops and, where available, out-of-hours appointments.

Your first appointment is an opportunity to discuss what matters to you and what you would like support with. Together, you and your practitioner can develop practical strategies and goals that feel relevant and manageable.

Health and wellbeing can affect how people engage with work, study and training. Our Allied Health team can work alongside you to explore concerns such as stress, confidence, daily routines and workplace challenges.

How we can support you

Everyone’s goals are different. Depending on your needs and what is important to you, our support extends to helping you in the following ways:
