Workplace Assessments

As a member of the National Panel of Assessors (NPA), Opendoor is contracted to provide disability assessment services for people with disability who are employed and need support to stay in employment.

These assessments help determine whether an employer can get funded assistance to:

• Modify the physical environment to suit the unique abilities of an employee with disability
• Determine what level of support and mentoring an employed person requires in the workplace
• Support the individual to increase productivity; or to 
• Enable an employee to receive a productivity-based wage
