Moving On is designed to assist adult learners to consider and pursue future pathways. Moving On assists learners to access the job market. In addition, learners are introduced to the requirements of studying at TAFE should they choose to pursue further study.

Eligibility*
Victorian adults are eligible for Learn Local funding if they hold:
- Australian citizenship or New Zealand citizenship or
- an Australian permanent visa.
- Asylum Seekers with valid BVE, SHEV, TPV, BVF, 449 or 786 visa may also be eligible.
