Literacy and Numeracy for Warehousing and Distribution Level 1 is designed to build the literacy and numeracy skills of factory and manufacturing workers; especially cleaners, process workers, machine operators and warehouse workers. It is also suitable for anyone interested in entry-level factory work.

Eligibility*
Victorian adults are eligible for Learn Local funding if they hold:
- Australian citizenship or New Zealand citizenship or
- an Australian permanent visa,
- Asylum Seekers with valid BVE, SHEV, TPV, BVF, 449 or 786 visa may also be eligible.
