Opendoor has released its 2025 Annual Report. It reflects a year of strong outcomes for clients, employers and communities across Victoria and Queensland. This is our first report under the Opendoor name and shows how our renewed identity, co design approach and strengthened service model are delivering clearer pathways to work, learning and independence.
Our focus stayed steady. Remove barriers. Build confidence. Create practical opportunities that help people move forward with choice and stability.
Key outcomes for the year
• 1,670 people moved into employment through Workforce Australia programs, supported by 109 employer partnerships.
• 1,730 young people were supported through Youth Services, with 746 gaining jobs and 331 commencing vocational training.
• 263 young people were supported through Better Futures, with 6,056 hours of direct service delivered.
• 199 young people were supported through Home Stretch and Housing First, with 5,800 hours of service and more than 1 million dollars in Flexible Funding.
• 450 learners engaged in Opendoor Training programs, supported by 30 industry partners.
• 1,414 Allied Health referrals resulted in 3,827 appointments that built wellbeing and work readiness.
• 176 individuals were supported through NDIS services, with one to one, tailored support.
• Our social enterprises created 22,987 hours of paid employment in Victoria and 1,150 hours in Queensland, paying more than 819 thousand dollars in wages and removing more than 30,000 kilograms of litter from public spaces.
• LoveLuvo provided 2,102 hours of employment and reinvested more than 120,000 dollars into women owned, local and community businesses.
• 71 of 74 DES employees secured new roles after the national program closure, showing resilience and a strong employment culture.
The report also highlights progress in reconciliation, culture, organisational design and digital capability. It features client stories that show what is possible when people receive timely, practical support.
