Weâre proud to share that Opendoor has once again been appointed to the National Panel of Assessors (NPA) – a Federal Government program that plays a vital role in supporting people with disability to access and sustain meaningful employment.
As part of this program, Opendoor will continue to deliver specialist workplace assessments that help ensure employment opportunities are both inclusive and sustainable.
Through the NPA, our team will provide three key services:
Ongoing Support Assessments (OSA): helping Disability Employment Service participants who have achieved a 26-week employment outcome and may need ongoing support to keep their job.
Supported Wage System (SWS): providing a fair and reliable process of productivity-based wage assessment for employers and eligible people with disabilities.
Workplace Modifications Services (WMS): recommending workplace adjustments, equipment, or assistive technology to enable people with disability to thrive in their roles.
Being reappointed to the National Panel of Assessors is a strong recognition of our teamâs expertise and dedication. Most importantly, it allows us to continue doing what we do best – working alongside people with disabilities, employers, and community partners to create inclusive and lasting employment opportunities.
This achievement is a credit to our incredible team and their ongoing commitment to ensuring workplaces are accessible and supportive for everyone.
