Supporting a Smooth Transition to Inclusive Employment Australia

25/08/2025

Opendoor has proudly delivered Disability Employment Services (DES) across Victoria for many years. We have now been advised that we will not be delivering the new Inclusive Employment Australia (IEA) program, which will commence on 1 November 2025.

Opendoor will continue to deliver DES until 31 October 2025. During this transition, we will work closely with the Department of Social Services and incoming IEA providers to ensure participants remain supported and well-informed every step of the way.

We remain committed to advocating for inclusive employment and to supporting people with disability to access meaningful work opportunities.

On behalf of the Opendoor Board and staff, we want to take a moment to sincerely acknowledge the strong partnerships we’ve built through Disability Employment Services – with employers, community organisations, and local networks. We are deeply grateful for the unwavering dedication of our DES staff, and for the trust placed in us by participants, their families, and carers over the years.
